Details: Dynamic Drive's CSS Library has done it again. I absolutely LOVE their inverted shift down menu. It's easy to use and even easier to tweek. This menu creates these neat little tabs and the active tab is slightly longer than the other tabs.
Difficulty: I'm going to give this tutorial an intermediate level of difficulty because although a few tweaks will give you what you need, a knowledge of HTML basics, especially unordered lists and hyperlinking, and CSS is needed to get it to look exactly like you want it to.
